Just bought a new dell laptop from Powerbuy with Win 10 Home.  Everything is fine except I want to add a second language pack (Thai for my Daughter). 

Apparently I have the "Single Language Pack" version.

 

I believe I can solve this by upgrading to Win 10. 64 Pro which is a fair few bucks. 

 

Anybody please who knows of another two language pack option ??

Search Ebay for a Win 10 key. Lots of cheap, legit ones there.
