I'm more interested in the process he went through importing the car. I've asked a few importers about bringing my old Harley over - basically cannot be done was the answer - unless I transferred the registration to the wife and she can produce an Oz bike license,  Then after 18 months of her owning it I could bring it over. BUT she also needs to have an Oz bike license, which she doesn't have.

Battery box in the trunk to help with weight distribution.

Upholstery trim is going in.

Should be ready to run the engine next week

The question I have is does he have a blue book for the car and can he get it registered so he can get a license plate?

I will ask the question next time I see him, I do know it was imported as a running car so maybe it was issued then.
