I use IPTV through a VPN cost 40 quid a year. You get over 2,000 other channels as well, The sports coverage is great.

No is the simple answer. Screen mirroring is down to the OS on the 2 devices. IPTV is installed on a device and you connect to the streaming server over the internet, preferably with the use of a VPN. Then yes, you should be able to share your screen with compatible TVs etc.
