Polished concrete floors for rental condo

Hi guys, considering polished concrete flooring for 60sqm condo, thought I'd run it by here first.

Is it hard to find a contractor who can do?

What's the avg cost per sqm?

Durability? will it last with minimal/no maintenance

Any other drawbacks?

 

I think they look cool, if done right, but wondering if it's practical, or should I just go with tiles,

I like burnished floors, I would think you would need to look Bkk at high end construction companies that could find a capable person.
