Is that photo just a Wigan thing? I thought pie rolls were a Scottish thing, but that is a work of art. Need to head south next time I’m back!

That shop is the wrong side of Manchester but a pie in a barm is known as a Wigan Kebab in and around my home town (Bolton).

Now even though I count myself a bit of an Anglophile, even when I was working a lot in the UK back in the day, UK 'cuisine' was a 'challenge'

That just takes it to a whole new level of challenge!
