irrigating 10 rai, controller? float switches?

Hi.

While my house is being built I am going to install some irrigation for 10 rai so I don't get involved with the build ????

To save time on doing calculations and trawling the net for many products hoping some guys here already did this and can advise.

I already had a bore hole drilled and have constructed a 60000l tank beneath my workshop.

I have connected pipes to 2 houses a shop and workshop to gather rainwater and plan to use the well to keep tank full during dry season.

I read some posts about float switches and their rating, has anyone tried multi level switches? Links ?

I plan to use low level to control inlet pump from hole and to switch off irrigation pump (guess I need a flow switch to protect from dry running? ) anther level a bit above this to restart the irrigation pump, and a high level one to switch the irrigation pump to pump to a fish pool so I don't get flooded in workshop..

Plane to use solenoid valves.

So if anyone has suggestion on a multilevel float switch to connect to controller? I could but 3 separate ones I guess.

Next any ideas on size/best pump? Plan to irrigate about 10 rai and pop up sprinklers for lawn in front of house.

Looing at a rainbird multizone controller, is this best option or others as good/cheap?

Plan to run 63mm main runs with sprinklers on 25mm.

Advice welcome.

Buy three cheap cable mounted float switches and hang them at different levels.

But you need to make sure the tank is wide enough to accommodate the arch of their swing.

If not use the string type one above and install two

Most Thai hardware shops with tanks outside sell similar. Then you'll need valves and relays.
