please ... feel free to edit/append as necessary ...

1. irrelevant: I am either outside the Kingdom, dead, or comatose.

2. do nothing special except maybe more showers.

3. stay in my man/woman/trans cave surrounded by air-cons, and air-cleaners

4. use drink and/or drugs and/or sex to remain oblivious

5. go stay/remain in a hotel

6. stay/remain in a hospital

7. make floral arrangements to give to on-duty police officers near the moat

8. write numerous posts on ThaiVisa complaining about ... whatever.

9. write numerous posts on ThaiVisa telling complainers it's not as bad as they think it is.

10. engage in water-fights

Right now, given how wimpy my air-con is, I lean towards #5.

Sa wa dee pi mai!

Stay cool and dry except for a few splashes to welcome in the new year!

I'll avoid walking around the Moat this year, as I have an eye infection already and don't want to exacerbate it with swamp water, but I will stroll around the neighborhood for an hour or two while shopping.

I've felt like I'm under house arrest this past couple of weeks.Air con is my friend. If we get power cuts I shall have to head for the nearest shopping centre.

www.accuweather.com are promising more of the same until the 22/4

I have found the BEST way to stay cool AND CALM is to leave the country and all the Songkran crazies far, far behind......????

I like the view view of downtown Las Vegas at the moment...????????????

In my GF's village to escape the madness that is Chiang Mai. Not getting wet; however, fireworks at 3 am is disturbing my beauty sleep. Travelling by car and eschewing the scooter until it's over.

Had the aircons cleaned and recharged a few days ago. 600 baht. A lot to like about the cost of living here.

Thanks for the sympathy quotient. I was wondering how the dead ones would respond to the OP.

Oh dear. You're on your Chiang Mai shtick again. The emotion of that thought has evidently provoked you into multiple misspellings.

I suggest a cup of tea, a Bex, and a good lie down.

102F , such a quaint measure of temperature measurement.

Not to mention US gallons and grains per cubic foot. For a leader in technology, the USA can be remarkably archaic in some aspects.
