Hence my query. If it has a nice well known 4v engine then one can get some trick bits and start a project. 

If it is simply a get the job done Chinese lump then not for me. I''ll make do with Vespa or shell out for a Scomadi, Not.

 

The "passion of Italy" remark makes me laugh. It is like buying a can of processed tomatoes with an Italian flag on the can. On closer examination "Made in China" Which of course is the largest supplier of tomatoes and tomato paste.
