Yes Fj i got my long stay visa after some hiccups so got a visa agent as we know this is another planet....witnessed first hand the brown paper bags going around the office...all done in 3 hrs 15 months....wining the premiership again....

 

Talk about buying a car...they dont let you leave the Demon dealerships in Melbourne without your deposit......BT50 and not the ex footballer commentator uninterested in selling me a ute ended up with a new civic....well in july...but it didnt help that the nose was sticking out 3 feet from a parking bay hey? You will get use to it Will.....well you never get use to it as in use to it what you get use to is the loosing...and the poor third or last quarters ...that type of thing....wont be easy for you to grovel at the bottom of the ladder....how i use to cope was swinging wildly on the pc chair....yelling at the monitor....that sort of thing....switching off 10 min to go......disgusted....its been really nice like the Northey years to just be able to sit quietly and just take it all in.....

Nearly time to reintroduce the 15 metre penalty.

The umps aren't going to get it right all the time and a fifty is too expensive.

The thing i notice is teams closer to the bottom of the ladder get a rougher deal,especially with time to get rid of the ball.

My boys are traveling about as well as yours Will,Noble coming in for a bit of stick as gone backwards from last year.

So to stay interested i've taken a shine to the Suns,love the way they go about it.

GWS couldn't do it for Cameron but a nice send off for him.

FJ, the "arms out dissent" rule should just go.

Bringing in a 15 metre rules means another grey area for the umps.

 

Ping players for abuse, but this dissent rule is ridiculous.

The umps are in the best position to know what abuse is or not.

 

The young player at the Western Bulldogs Buku Khamis got a massive push in the back that wasn't paid.

He just held his arms out to say "really" and got pinged.

 

Norf in for a few more years of pain yet methinks.

Im all in favour of a 15m penalty to come back in.....50 is to expensive for some things....or make it 20.....and get a set of chains on the side...alla NFL so the umps dont need to "work it out"

 

The D#**cks at AFL house want a faster game then the umps have needed to think faster....haha....think its time for 4 field umps men....so one for the forward 50 one for the defending 50 and 2 split between wings....thats about right....something like that.....sounds like a good deal to me.....

 

Unlike soccer where 3 or 4 new players can move you up the table AFL needs 8 to 10, North back when the 10 year rule came in went from dwellers in the cellar to 5 grand finals in a row...

 

Still thinking gutting your list the way the Demons and now North did is foolish, like im watching Ben Brown on the weekend and thinking where was the logic in cutting him? Like did they replace e him? NO...dont start me about the cull around 2010 or what ever that disintegrated us to almost go out of existence.....

Tom Lynch has been massive for Richmond.

Apart from his huge salary, cost Richmond nothing in draft picks.

 

A two time premiership player.

Kicked 71 goals in 2019 when Riewwoldt was injured.

Also best on ground in the 2019 prelim, booting 5 goals, which they probably lose without him.

 

Rieiwoldt in his last year now.

Lynch still only 29.

 

I agree about Gaff.

Would've been better off trading him to Norf for a couple of first rounders.

 

But it's easy in hindsight.

Was coming off his second AA year.

 

Gaff would of been better value to us than the no name Alex mentioned(Corr)

Actually the only decent one we have got i can remember is Jarryd Waite from the Blues.

 

Well im not a Lynch fan.....to much money for little value in my books......Rewaolt how ever you spell it is worth is weight in gold in my books....hes a terrier always in it....

My head feels like 50 ys of watching the Demons when there were woooooooooful after being in BKK traffic....got a rent a car for a month...took my life into my own hands.....3 weeks in and i was in bed at 8.20 last night after an epic journey yesterday of 80 ks....round trip took me 3.5 hrs......

Well men......can the Demons go back to back? 10 in and 10 in the bag....in a few weeks we go into the business end of the season......now i have refrained from being super excited in this prospect....and well aware of the second half of the season blues and surprises.....but who can lift more than Brisbane?

 

Like maybe the Tigers...but wait...they have Lynch in the team....string bean who's only tall and thats about it....on the ground is like a mud crab...

 

Cant be better for back to back.....after watching football for eons i know what im seeing....

 

Cats are gone...may of course throw in a few good games along the way, Cameron....gess the folly of recruiting so called superstars......another with skinny white legs that plays like Lynch...

 

Like we are not firing.....ho no...most are you know...saving themselves for the finals....they dont want to get injured....ho thanks again Fj for Mr Brown.....he seems better than i thought....

Yep i expect us to drop a few, we will get the wobbles for sure....but i haven't seen such a drop off from teams bar the Lions in a long time.....its like made for us to go on a threepeat......now i am getting carried away..... and im feeling for poor Fj hey it wasnt so long ago we got guttered by once club legends to get dragged up by the AFL and invested every others clubs money into us to make us what we are today....so you can thank Archer for screwing North cause you will be where we are in 7 ys time....

You were a bit stiff in the tipping Alex but the Tigs did give up a 5 goal lead,i think these days if your in touch with Richmond at half time your a chance with some of their older legs..

I don't know why they were asking for a fifty at the end.

 

Test for the Dees this week,will certainly be some pace on in this one.

 

Would be nice to see the Eagles get up so we get 1st pick back in the MSD.
