Anyone else having problems with HDprime ?

I was watching catchup last night with np problems but this morning I wanted to watch last nights football but no catchup is playing for any channel on any day.

My subscription is until 13/5/19 so it's not that.

Anybody else?

Update : I sent them an email and received a reply that they had some technical issues but all resolved the same day.

I was watching Catchup from about 5pm to 8.30 pm last night. Started off OK but later on it buffers a lot. Not sure if it's just certain channels.

I've totally given up on HD Prime. There used to be one guy that replied to emails (sometimes took several days). The last time I had yet another problem with buffering when big footy games were on, I emailed him .. and emailed him ... and emailed him. Didn't get a single reply.

Now testing several IPTV options, either m3u links or as Android apk files through Bluestacks. The IPTV world is growing super-fast but that also makes it hard to keep up with! Reddit is a good place to .follow what's going on. For those of us watching TV on our PCs or laptops, m3u links through the VLC player is a good option. You don't get catch-up this way but that isn't a major for me.
