" Police are continuing their investigation into the collision but say it was raining at the time of the incident."

If it was raining at the time then NO PROBLEM!

All the more reason to slow down and take even more care.

I'd use the phrase "two almost annihilated" pickup trucks...

fit every thai vehicle with a cage/roll bars since they insist on driving into each other and the police refuse to enforce moving traffic laws - protect them from themselves

that is a high speed impact in the OP - if it was raining then they didn't slow down

The finance company should be the first suspect...

These guys restore some of my faith in LOS.

When drivers lack common sense and there is no “real” police patrol to enforce the rules of the road, this will continue. ( This death rate from traffic deaths in Thailand keeps the population down. I guess that is a positive way of looking at it.)

What are Thais taught about driving in the rain? What are Thais taught about driving?

"taught"....what's that ?

Why learn when you are born F1 driver? :cheesy::post-4641-1156693976::tongue:
