Very easy. Very busy some sections. Be very careful renting and driving a bike. Totally avoid the very steep mountain roads. They are very slippery. Had a friend who got hurt badly going uphill and falling... Also ringroad some dangerous sections. We used to have a counter/sign 20 odd years ago indicating how many deadly accidents up to date just out of Lamai towards Chaweng... Scary... Pity, overall Samui had been destroyed by tourism the last 15 years, just like most of ????????. MS>

Easy. Samui is much more chill than Phuket in regards to traffic. I have been there for the last 2 weeks and they had some major roadworks (changing pipes or something) happening in Chaweng and some roads were closed ,not  easy to navigate even with moto. but that was chaweng.

Anyway , not many tourists this year. Some well known bars where dead empty even at 7-8 PM. Keep it like this one or two years and more businesses will close shop.

Recommend to rent a small jeep if you are not a very experienced MC driver.

You can see all the normal attractions in a day.

To find the hidden gems you need a local friend.

Easy, but depending of mean of transportation; i.e. are you walking or driving; public transport or renting a vehicle; experienced motorbike driver or feeling more secure in a car; eventually hire a car or minibus with driver (guide), depending of your budget.

Little more information will give better answers...????
