For registration from TM30 with smartphone need the app called SECTION38

I did search on App store from Apple says NO RESULTS

On android it is there

 

Can someone sent me the link to find this app on Apple App Store

I live in bkk. I changed the region of my phone to Thailand but still not work.

What to do now?

You may not be in the Thailand App Store. In that app store I downloaded Section38 app without a problem.

You have to do it in the App store on your iphone or ipad . 

Whoops , just seen the date. Probably got it sorted.

when trying to re register cant load the attachments of my passport and business registration...i did manage to load one jpeg but couldnt find a way to add another .anyone know what to do?

Well, the app isn't working, and neither is the website.

By mail or in person I guess

The website for the reporting opens for me and can open the registration page.

What is the problem are having?

IMO unless you are registering guests and such there is no need register for online TM30 reporting.

Under the new regulation issued in June of last year most people will not need to do a report unless they change their address or enter with a new visa.

When I try to access the website, the request times out and I get the “not found” notice. As for the app, I can enter username and PW, but when I tap “enter,” nothing happens.

 

Re: new regulations: Thailand Elite is advising me that I still need to submit a TM30 when submitting a 90 day report.

That does not mean a  new TM30 report is needed. The receipt for your most recent report is the only thing at the most that is needed.

Perhaps you should give the them copy of the order in Thai if they insist a new report is needed.
