It's only a trike. Maximum speed is 35kmh and it only cost 34k. I drive this unit all over my area the above is a rip off.

Kwaibah, not sure why you react with a sad smily, was a honest question on where to buy these.

We have a lil house on an island for weekend and high season and those would be perfect there.

It's that low, I'd be worried about going under a Fortuner because the driver wouldn't be able to see me.

The crazy big-wheeled US-made electric scooter that you can't buy........YET!!

Be patient, I am sure they will be a huge hit.

I wonder how he did that, as they're not available yet, only a few prototypes have been made so far.

One that can be bought now, also self balancing, and even comes with a seat, is the Scrooser.  €2,605 before shipping, and whatever import tax would be applied...

Now this is more what I was thinking when I saw "scooter". In Thai speak, I think of a scooter as having 2 wheels.

(Waiting for Colin to weigh in on this topic.)

Where can I get one of these ?

Many places here sell them now, in Banphai there are 2 places selling them.

If memory serves me right there is a company called Lion atvs who have mobility scooters like the one Khwaiba showed.

My scooter is similar to his, just not as fast.
