yes … it opens pages in seconds where as ME seems to take 4-6 seconds and when I google and click to open ME doesn't act and I have to do it a few times.

So BlueSky is the WINNER  !!

I use different browsers on my desktop PC.

They all work fine on a fast PC and these days basically all new PCs with SSD are fast.

At least I don't care if one needs 100ms and another maybe 140 or 190...

Of course it has nothing to do with the EDGE browser or Microsoft at all.

You should have a Browser installed that blocks Ads and Trackers. Then you'll notice that things load much faster anyway.

The reason why EDGE is so slow is because of all of the ads and banners that are loading at the same time.

So look at the likes of https://brave.com & https://www.opera.com

yes right … but even with Adlock, AdBlock and now Peerblock … Edge is still lagging at times.

Anyway, I like the Bluesky browser because no hardware dragging it down etc. It's fast, it's plain, and it's simple.  Only thing is it still don't block the ads even with three blockers installed and it's own block ads toggle switch turned on. I gotta investigate more ...

As I told you, forget about it. Look at Opera and Brave. They are useful in many ways where EDGE and BlueSky are not.

No one uses EDGE. So adding all kinds of extensions won't make it more attractive. Just more bulky.

Once you install Opera, you should go into the Settings to enable what is needed and to disable and remove what is not.
