A video posted by by a park official in Krabi showed more than 100 Black Tip Reef Sharks coming in to feed.

The spectacle was in the area of Koh Hong part of the Thanbok Khoranee National Park.

The sharks were between one meter and 1.5 meters in length said Sanook and lingered for about 30 minutes.

The media said this showed the health of the eco-system in the area.

" Blacktip reef sharks have extremely small home ranges and exhibit strong site fidelity, remaining within the same local area for up to several years at a time "

........until they are caught and have their fins chopped off, as will happen to this lot soon.

Personaly, I don't take photos of anything and would never upload for the world to see anything like this.

Discovery Channel, Blue Planet, Lonely Planet etc have been the death knell for many locations and wild life all over the place. A perfect example currenty is Komodo island. Too many tourists. If the dragons were closer to LoS they would have all been BBQ'd a long time ago.
