Going to Jomtien for the first time tomorrow (saturday 17/03/07). Any recommendations for something clean, safe, nice on beach for under 1000/baht a day? Is security for car I'm driving a concern? Anyone know how the Sea Breeze Hotel is?

My recommendation is to find Nid or Lek - usually looking for company around Soi 6 - safe, clean and fun and can be talked down to 1000 baht long time - i personally prefer going to a room as the sand tends to stick

Some nice LBs on Jomtien beach at night .Am sure you can get one for around your budget of 1,000 baht .

The sea breeze is old and they are building a new one now.Try the Jomtien Boathouse.It is very nice,has good food and is right on the beach.They have good security so the car should not be a problem
