But  I am  confident that a genuine  transcript could  be made available. In these times  there is not  even the  fart of a gnat that is  not automatically stored if makes passage on the  internet.

AOC is on top of this whole impeachment thing so it should go pretty smoothly. What a train wreck the Democrats are, with the usual merry band of fools gobbling it all up. They are too stupid to understand that they have to live with the results.

The transcript of the call is online.

Show me the words of President Trump that show pressure.

I'll wait, but in the meantime, all I hear is the sound of crickets.

The pressure began before the phone call, when Trump froze congressionally approved military aid to Ukraine and sent Giuliani to meet with Ukrainian officials to make it clear that Trump wanted Biden investigated.  Then, during the phone call, after President Zelinski said:

"I would also like to thank you for your great support in the area of defense. We are ready to continue to cooperate for the next steps specifically we are almost ready to buy more Javelins from the United States for defense purposes."

Trump replied with:

"I would like you to do us a favor though because our country has been through a lot and Ukraine knows a lot about it."

There was no further discussion of military aid, only Trump explaining what he wanted Zelinski to do.

If you refer to John McCain, he too is no patriot.  He peed on the country and the constitutions.

Try again.

Way off topic, and a contemptible lie.

Really?  Do you think patriotism is all about flag hugging, or defending the constitution and the institutions that keep the United States a democratic republic?

It's not the topic, but I'm very much in favor of free speech, with minimal restrictions to prevent slander or provoke violence, and the right to bear arms, with reasonable restrictions to keep dangerous weapons out of the hands of dangerously incompetent people.

I assume you know something about Thailand.  I assume you know that after the 2014 coup Prayuth went to great lengths to restrict free speech, free press, and the right of people to assemble; our most important First Amendment rights.  He took no steps to restrict civilian ownership of guns.

Tyrants don't fear armed civilians, they fear informed civilians.  The Second Amendment is not our defense against tyranny, the First Amendment is.  That is why it is dangerous when President Trump calls the press the enemy of the people.  Terribly unpatriotic, don't you think?

So you would agree that the 1st Amendment gives you permission of free speech?

For you, John McCain can do anything, so long as he is a war hero?  So long as he was a prisoner of war?  He could do no wrong?

Why do Americans care what Australians think?  Most people foreign to the USA have no information except negative information.  Apparently they like to be spoon fed nonsense which they then take as fact.

No wonder they lost their guns.

Did you not read my post?  Is it unclear that I understand and support the First Amendment as our first defense against tyranny?  Must I post the first amendment and underline the part about freedom of speech?

Or are you deflecting?

I think that Canadians would vote the same way. Shows how far down the rathole of socialism they are.
