Picture Daily News

An escaped prisoner is back inside after a manhunt by 120 officials in Rayong.

Seksan Sennork, 28, absconded from Khao Mai Kaew open prison.

He had served 5 months of a one year term for gun related crime and was serving his time at the open prison that has no walls.

He was on the run for 26 and a half hours before his arrest three kilometers from his mother's house.

His parents said he was a good man who tended vegetables in the garden of the prison.

He is now being held at the Rayong Central Prison and it will be up to the court how much time is added to his sentence, reported Daily News.

He was pictured in the Thai media surrounded by officials mobilized by the Rayong Central Prison governor who were all involved in his capture.

:cheesy::cheesy::cheesy: They always run to their mother's house!

It must be in Thai DNA that makes them do that.

That surely should be 'after 118 person day out'. It only needed two cops to go the the mother's house and wait for a couple of hours.

She's probably the only person in the country they trust!

It takes that many people to understand the biometrics involved

The guy had 6 months on left on a one year sentence.  When I read the headline about 120 police chasing him down I thought he was a mass murderer or other extremely dangerous criminal. Meanwhile pollution is out of control and the roads are some of the most dangerous in the world.  Go figure!

Perhaps he just popped out to buy some more pesticides before they're banned ?

Very impressive picture. Would have looked better if they all pointed him.
