I watched it rise over the small hill this morning across the klong from our house. A beautiful sight to see, Earlier this morning it was a cold clear starry night.

 

I am glad that I live in rural Thailand now and not that cold, wet, foggy island where I was born.

My next door neighbour (Thai) invented a new use for Wasabi, with my help. Wasabi mixed with Colemans English Mustard. Great dip for barbecued pork. All the Issan girls love it.
