So far all they have is innuendo and what others thought but even the dems have written in their little think tank  that  they can charge him for what  they thought he meant even if he didnt state it, it really is one huge joke and the dems are burying themselves deeper and deeper, can see them being wiped out in 2020 the way they are going. They have to use facts not what some people thought or heard from someone else, why havent they allowed the whistle blower to testify, that in itself is extremely strange unless they know it will make them look even worse than they already do. You're conflating the impeachment with election campaign issues. They are not the same thing. No doubt the impeachment with likely end result lack of conviction by the senate will have consequences electorally. But we don't know what those will be exactly regardless of the premature bluster of the 45 cult of personality brigade.

Dershowitz is seldom wrong in his analysis...I expect this to be the shortest 

impeachment trial in history.
