My JBL Charge 3 recently died.

So I purchased the Charge 4.

When I power up and connect it to my iphone ( no app ) a couple of the tracks will not play , they played on my 3 and they will play on my iphone but not through Charge 4.

Also on the 3 . When you played music through the speaker ( battery power ) the charge / battery strength lights showed.

On Charge 4 , they don't appear.......

 

Anybody with any input please.

 

Are you sure it's a genuine JBL unit?  There are so many JBL copies out there, not just at cheap vendors but at some mainline stores as well.  I think sometimes, even the retailers get fooled.

    I got it from a " studio 7 " place in a Robinsons mall.
