One might think so but for the Bankok population who have moved to BKK from Isaan. I estimate a goodly minority of Isaan folk in BKK so any generlisation based on geography is probably moot.

One can pretty quickly make it into their problem, always assuming the injuries are not too extensive. If they are and it was my family, there would be very few additional problems for the miscreant.
