I notice  Sidegra (Thailand's answer to Viagra) is available to buy here in Thailand over the counter and on line without prescription.

Has anyone got experience of usage, and does it work?

Thank you in advance.

Works well for me - I use half a tablet and it's fine. However a friend of mine complains that it doesn't work for him - although he's had a kidney transplant and is on immuno-suppressant drugs so that may be the explanation. It's not "Thailand's answer to Viagra" however; it's the whole world's generic version of Viagra, whose patent has now expired

and it seems to be a controlled production process: Hopefully a lot safer than the "sidewalk copycats" from India etc.

" Sidegra is made under extremely hygienic conditions by The Government Pharmaceutical organisation Thailand , it is prescribed by all Thai hospitals and Impotence specialists in Thailand , it comes in blister packs of four that is date stamped and with serial number"

this is probably an illustration of the differing results obtained; when comparing one fella with ED, against the other non-ED

Like any brand of Taladafil (Viagra) it works for certain condition related to blood vessels. From what I know the vessels that are dilated at erection time are tiny and easily clogged with cholesterol, Taladafil (or Sidenafil) help the dilatation of these vessels (as well as others in your body, hence some short term side effects). If one suffers from other conditions affecting the libido neither Taladafil nor Sidenafil will work.

Also it is a good idea to start treatment early (I have started 10 years ago at 56) as it helps keeping the system going. I take one, sometimes two, during my wife's period just to make sure I get regular "morning wood".

This is also something to bear in mind when one is confronted with prostate cancer choices, I'll postpone radical treatment as it would mean normal libido with a dead d..k, which would be painful, so I'll favor a palliative hormone and chemo treatment that will kill the libido, hopefully this will happen when I am over 70 (and my wife over 25 (LOL)).

Both Sidegra and Tonafil are excellent cheap Thai brands, buy them. Avoid any of the non Thai products as they are mostly fakes here and ridiculously expensive too.

It works fine.

I prefer the generic Cialis works for 48 hours for me.

For a shorter time period usually 4 hours from my experience, Kamagra works well and is inexpensive.

It is made in India, but I personally have never had a problem or complaint it does not work.

It works at giving you a numb one, plus other minor side effects. I stopped using dick pills a couple years ago, much better with out. I recommend only using if you have real ED issues

It is, but as often: by the rules you would need a prescription.

Someone has to say it

I used to take Kamagra which was the aftermarket version of Viagra, worked like a charm, although after a year and a half I had a mild heart attack at 48, now 60.

A stent was inserted into one of my main arteries as I had a clot, suffice to say, if you have narrow arteries from high Cholesterol or have been a smoker as I had been for years, I think best to avoid this stuff, perhaps look at why your not rising to the occasion, could well be that your arteries are narrow, not enough blood getting through, and maybe look at eating well, losing some weight and exercising, if that doesn't tickle your fancy, I could recommend a stent or two, but how your going to get that done on Medicare or National Health Insurance is another question, but there is nothing like performing like a 21 year old again, however still can't get the condom, although I think it's a psychological thing, e.g. on occasion, on he goes and he thinks it's time to go to bed ????

I found a better alternative, by chance, almost cost me my life, but works like a charm every time ????

Ironically, Sildenifil, the active ingredient in Viagra and it's clones was originally developed as a heart medication designed to lower blood pressure. It's principal side effect was quickly and inescapably obvious.

The biggest risk in overdosing on this family of drugs is fainting as a result of low blood pressure and being injured in the fall.  Standing quickly after sitting a long time can sometimes exacerbate the problem.

This is why anybody already taking meds designed to lower BP should consult with a Dr. before using Viagra or any related drugs.

I didn't really notice any difference, but it did give confidence in the event of potential deflation caused by any of the many things that put you off

They work great but can make for some interesting/embarrassing moments as any stimulation creates erection.

I remember one on the very crowded skytrain in BKK.

Had some short sweats on with no underwear it was hot out.

Just saying, bodies rubbing against each other as the train travels all of a sudden...

Could not stop it had to tuck and turn best I could and pull my shirt out to cover the area.

The funny thing is that my blood pressure was fine, Cholesterol was a little high according to my doctor who kept telling me to change my diet, and exercise, all and good because I thought I ate healthy and did moderate exercise, i.e. go for a good walk every evening, but I found out the hard way later on through the Cardiologist, i.e. "never" have sex 4 times in day, true story....lol

Not sure a prescription is needed. A health certificate was what I was asked for and had to present which I got from a doctor. Doctor told me a prescription is not required by Thais. Just the certificate.

Same same. A signed note from a doctor. Thailand does not have prescription pads of the type on the west. Here a "prescription" is just proof that a doctor advised you to take the drug.
