Popular Post webfact
PM urges all Thais to stop “bickering” and help build the country instead Prime Minister Prayut Chan-o-cha has appealed to all Thais, regardless of their political differences and affiliations, to stop bickering and spreading hatred against one another, and make use of the mechanism of democracy to help build the country. In his unscripted speech to the media at Government House today, the Prime Minister said that, as good things are happening, he wants the country to move forward and get not dragged backward, adding that he has devoted himself for the past 5-6 years to working for the good of the country and the people “without yearning for power” “Who says politics is about power and vested interests? I don’t want power or vested interests. Why don’t they trust me?” he asked, apparently rhetorically. He said that he has never stopped thinking about how to solve problems and would not mind if he is reprimanded, adding that he was ready to explain or go to court if accused of corruption. Yeah, right! That looks like a nice appeal to the people. Once a general, always a general. The one that has the most hatred is himself, out of the reason that he still can´t get his head around what the meaning of democracy really is. Reminds me little bit about a small kid in the football team that always goes off-side. He is accepted for a while, util finally everybody around him understands he is useless and his only contribution is to drag others down. 8 1
Popular Post Gecko123
Out here in the countryside plenty of griping to be heard about being unable to afford basic necessities, and how the government doesn't really listen to the people, but bickering, per se? Not so much. Edited January 6, 2020 by Gecko123 13

Popular Post colinneil
Stop bickering he says, look up to me, i am the man, doing everything i can for my country.???? What he forgot, is that most of the bickering/ unrest is caused by him and his geriatric generals shenanigans. He added that all Thai visa members should follow the example of that Aussie bloke on there, his love for me undying.???? 9 1 2

Popular Post BobbyL
He really has no idea about how a democracy and people's opinion / freedom of expression work. A man with a background of army bootlickers heeding to his every word cannot handle this role and it is becoming blatantly obvious. 7

Popular Post spidermike007
The people agree to stop bickering when you agree to: 1. Govern the nation fairly. Stop protecting the elite, the crooked cops, and those in power, at all costs. 2. Govern effectively. Learn how to run an economy. 3. Start appointing people based on merit and not cronyism. 4. Allow political demonstrations as all democracies do. You claim to be a democracy. Right? 5. Stop hassling rival parties who are popular with the people. You are despised and disliked. Of course the rivals are popular. 6. Engage in proactive policy, to tackle the heinous pollution issues, water management, and the development of alternative energy. 7. Establish an exit plan. The people do not like, or respect the army. They are utterly useless. 8. Abolish the antiquated luxury taxes on products and imported wine. Allow your economy to grow without draconian limitations. 9. Stop decimating the tourism sector with your incessant ranting about the evils of Westerners and your inane immigration policy. 10. Start building the nation. You are moving it backwards at an astonishing pace through your hubris and incompetence. Shall I go on? Popular Post yellowboat
Oh goodness. It is difficult to fathom whether he actually believes what he says. He is the cause of all the bickering and is hated by many. If he does not know that, he is even more delusional than one can imagine. Also bickering is also called debate. Something that goes unappreciated by the poorly educated, entitled crowd.
