The first rule of a corrupt regime is you don't talk about a corrupt regime. He will get one warning - that was it.

I take that to mean Big Joke knows about some very dirty deeds and is being told to keep his trap shut about all of it. One wonders how far up the ladder the dirty trail leads?

I am very surprised that this rollicking has been allowed into the public domain. It certainly has opened up speculation.

Matbe Big Joke should just resign.

Well just a few weeks ago, he certainly dodged the bullet!

More BS from the master bul+sh++er.

He is running scared that Surachate will spill the beans on all the corrupt practices the so- called government are up to.

You may have hit it right square on the nail.

Can we see Mr big joke jumping ship and seeking asylum in a wealthy western country soon, could be a few dollars coming his way in the way of a book if he were to spill the beans.

More likely to join Jeffry Epstein  ????

Epstein was dirty, Hakparn is not. To take him down would be just a little too obvious.

And then there's the risk of "that parcel being delivered" after his demise.

HYPOCRITE!!!!! That was the most insane thing i have ever heard here. I thought all that behavior was part of the job requirements but what hes really saying is shutup to protect the corrupt including him.

In cases like his the scum threaten the family to keep them in check. Firing off bullets into his car was also too obvious.

Or throwing banana peels at reporters and threaten them when their questions are uncomfortable.

was told not to do anything which could be deemed to be gross misconduct, such as performing his duty dishonestly, filing false reports, bypassing his superior, abusing his authority, being careless in the performance of his duties, abandoning his duty or doing anything which could be deemed to be persecution or oppression of others.

Surachate was also told to abide by the laws and rules transparently, spend his time on government service, to protect official secrets, be polite, help other officials and refrain from delegating his work to the others.

in other words - shut up or it won't be your car next time

official secrets lol, our corruption must never be revealed to the public

The RTP purchased a fleet of BMW on Prayut’s watch, but then again Prayut is signing off purchase orders for goodness knows how many millions of dollars for unnecessary submarines. I wonder if any Thai journalists have the balls to follow the paper trail for the BMW fleet purchase, they’re about 3 million just for the car !!

Following such a trail would lead the Journalist to death in a 50 Gallon Drum in a River or some other 'disappearing trick' !

A lot of good posts so far but yours is one of the best so far.

Our big Joke is no joke to a lot of people,he knows something that

is scaring the hell out of them.

I am sure he is smart enough to have prove hidden away somewhere just in case he gets into an accident.

Things are really starting to heat up and as soon as the smog clears we can all

see what is really going on.

As a Farmer in recent Chiang Mai history said  ''Smog...what Smog, nobody told me about it' !

How far down the ladder would be be less time consuming ????

And what did he do that breaches the law? Apart from tell the truth on corruption in IM dept.

subs?  just put windows in them and paint them yellow.  perfect tourist attraction.

I think the PM message hear is do not dare to try to look better than me.I must be the one in the limelight.

The all magnificent and adored. Forget about the other non-sence that was mentioned by the PM that is just every day norm in Govt and PS.

He practically gave a stern warning to the full government, Senate and someone on the very top. ????????????

Could it be the information obtained from SE Asian tourists traveling through immigration checkpoints are being kept for certain entities that want such information.

This biometrics story in Thailand may have something to do with that.

It's my view that these SE Asian countries are doing shady and corrupt dealings with the information obtained from foreign tourist's information including biometrics. Once this gets out, it should be quite interesting but who would oversee it?

"Maybe Big Joke should just resign"

I have wondered often what is keeping him in his job. The only thing I can think off is that it is a form of insurance where he keeps the government on their toes with what he knows. I don't think he is doing it to protect his pension!

I look forward to the PM (and all others in power) pushing him with warnings in the public domain. IMO, BJ is the type of person who is capable of exploding and hanging out the dirty laundry.

I don't know about you, but when my car is riddled with bullets, I get the message.
