Ubon Ratchathani to officially open its first lake during Songkran days

Ubon Ratchathani (อุบลราชธานี) will officially open Siridhorn reservoir in Sirindhorn District in Province during Songkran Festival.

The Chief of Ubon Ratchathani local administrative organization Pornchai Khosurat (พรชัย โควสุรัตน์) discloses his organization has developed landscape of Siridhorn reservoir or Pattayanoi (พัทยาน้อย). He says the area is suitable for tourism as its enviroment is similar to a genuine beach. Siridhorn reservoir is considered as the first lake of the northeastern region.

Mr. Pornchai says his organization will join hands with local agencies to promote this new tourist place during Songkran Festival, April 13th-15th. Many activities such as parades will be held. Interested people are invited to join the activities and visit the first lake of the northeastern region in Ubon Ratchathani.
