Found this video from a guy who did quite a substantial build in the North of Thailand. It was very useful as I'm starting my own project in a few weeks. Hope others find it beneficial.

Are foreign guys still loosing their savings on building up North. Thought the cat was out the bag on that one...great video though, while it lasts

Zero participation from the woman is never a good sign.

Same as when they don't have your photos on their FB pages.

Losing savings due to the female eventually taking it?

The guy in the video already seems to be commenting about his "relationship" sress and building the house.

House looks great, like what you did with the front garden too. A lot of guys seem wary of doing such a thing. But if you can get something up for the price of a new bathroom and stylish kitchen, then why not.

Already ?? He did build it 16 years ago ! And he is still in the house !

I'm looking for a list of steps when the land is 1st bought.

for example 

  1. Site Design

  2. Check Legalities and Permits

  3. Land Clearing

  4. Excavating and Rough Grading

  5. Removing and Reusing Debris
