Anyone know this hotel?

Featured Replies

Greetings. A wild stab in the dark as to which hotel this symbol comes from? It's a long shot I know. taken in 1991, very big hotel in Phuket was probably West coast. I don't think you had to cross a road to get too the beach.

The logo looks like it is based on the "Travellers Palm".

Several logos based on that.

Including "Pan Pacific Hotels and Resorts", branded with the palm in 1986.

First hotel was in Jakarta, 1976.

Maybe i'm wrong and it's long ago when i stayed there last time but my first thought was Le Meridien.

Yeah... when I was scouring google maps, that was one that looked close like where I stayed.

Yes, I think you're correct.

The style of the green roof seen in the photo matches the rooftops of Le Meridien.

I think schlog nailed it.  Pic from Le Meridien website.
