Realestate Business In Pattaya !

Featured Replies

Any one whit knowlege about the situation in Pattaya´s real estate business ?

Harder laws and harder visum rules. . is the market going big times down now ?

thx for infos...

The average selling price in Pattaya is slightly more than Bt86,000 per square metre, roughly equal to the price in the Sukhumvit area of Bangkok. :o

Big Joke....

Maybe the average asking price in "of the plan soon (maybe) to be started" projects...

In existing buildings average would be waay less then half except maybe for very nicely renovated properties...

Just seen the post in News Clippings about the relaxation of the FBA rules. Hopefully this will lead to some more good news and we will soon find ourselves back on the up and up. Fingers crossed.

BTW: The 86k per m2 price was quoted in the Raimon Land report and I think just refers to new build condos.
