I'm not.

I like walking to a final destination (that being the pub).

Kinda like a reward for walking a long way.

Not the same when there is not an ice cold pint at the end of it.

So do i but with a little imagination, it's possible to invent walks depending on where you live of course. Yes it's boring but you can always have your beer when you get home.

And why people are confused over my earlier thread is beyond me - yes walk is better with a beer but the walk is the important thing

Well i haven't, but beer really isn't essential is it?

Regard it as something to look forward to........whenever ????????

I would guess July. Keep these same measures in place throughout May and then gradually begin opening up places like shopping malls, offices etc from June.

No bars really around here, local shops in countryside sold out, shops in town warned and not selling , wholesalers not selling

It is available from some contacts at a petty hefty mark up!Roll on 30 seems strange as songkran here is a 1 day thing

I would anticipate June if the numbers of COVID-19 infected decreases significantly.

The Government will obviously not open anything until he is confident Thailand has control of the virus.

I would doubt it will be before June ....  imo

I’m going for 1 May. This year.

I hope so mate.

That would be ideal.

I'm down to 28 bottles of spirits.

Should have enough to get me through!

Excruciating!

Pleased I am not an alcoholic, miss the football though

even if my team plays like Sh*te.it must get boring when

your team is always winning.

Without baiting anyone (sorry @Liverpoolfan but it was too easy) I really don't think any of us knows in any country.

I've heard 4 different dates here in UK but they're all just conjecture.

Key phrase IMO "wait and see"

I'd reckon they wont open until they are allowed... most likely june 1st.

That is very optimistic.
I expect pubs to open when a vaccine is developed. At least 1 year.
If they open pubs earlier, the infections will quickly increase.

Assuming the OP is talking about the Pubs in the UK I wouldn't have thought this year

Factories may reopen and industry in general but certainly not pubs where people congregate more closely

Probably this time next year but certainly not before a vaccine comes on line. How could they
