I often go shopping alone.

And for the rest I am happy to have wife/daughter who will not spend less than an hour in shop/supermarket.

He is absolutely right! If we go to Big C together we're ambling around there for up to an hour.

 

When I go alone I always have a shopping list, (it's an age thing of course) and I'm in and out in around in about 20 mins.

 

The point about this with regards to Covid is that men (or at least this man!) tend not to pick and choose, picking up items to read labels and decide 'this or that', all the time increasing the risk of spreading the virus by touch. I'm a 'grab and go' shopper, so that risk is greatly reduced.

 

We men have found our niche at last. ????

 

Could do with some of that in the West... the cringeworthy left and feminists would have a field-day in the UK of course, and a significant percentage of meek white men would go along with it. Yuck.

I know in Spain, which is under 24 hour curfew for almost a month, only 1 person at the time is allowed inside supermarket.

With women, it's an outing. 

 

For men, it's a mission.
