Driving Phuket to Bangkok

Featured Replies

Thinking of driving up to Bangkok early Monday morning and returning on Wednesday.

Is this doable now or should I wait some more?

I have been following the news with regard to the easing of restrictions , but find no mention of travel overland from Phuket mentioned.

To leave still have to register passport stuff online and a time slot, plus a health certificate, reason to travel, not just for pleasure. Coming back same again. Might be 14 day quarantine.

Thanks , will give it a miss then , just too much nonsense to contend with , the rest of the country seems to be opening up , apart from Phuket.

so what about driving from surat now? i guess no need to register with apps and all that nonsense?

why is phuket news not reporting anything about this?
