Moo 2
Like or not they know they'll have no choice but to open bars and pubs, if they don't they can forget about tourists to turn up. billybog
Only eating and drinking is allowed; I am guessing this will be one way to stop smoking at all bars and restaurants,,,,,I know this wont be popular...but I sure like it.
checkered flag
For the number of replies, there is a real pent up demand from the Pub (assume mostly Brits) to BS from their bar stool. I think we should herd them all into restricted areas where they can be controlled. Don't let them out in public. 1

Turn pubs into hospital wards, then you could give the patrons boose by IV. They could still ring the bell and everyone would get an extra shot. They are all sick anyway so why not? 1

Mac98
Ah, I see the rise of Western-style "table dancing" where a selected girl brings a portable platform and sets it up 6' from you and gives you a 'personal dance' for closer inspection. This would run you $10-$20 per dance at the time. Any touching would result in a beating and being tossed. Soooo much fun!

Taxi
Rule 23, ignore rules 1-22 as quickly as possible. We've been locked away to long and forgotten Thai's willingness to totally disregard anything the laws and regulations stipulate. Of the 100,000 bars and clubs, 98,000 would be almost soley for Thai patrons, there's zero chance these rules will be followed across the country. Pattaya, Phuket, Bangkok maybe a few days at best while the BIB get the cash reserves up.

Maybe one arvo drop into stumble Inn Soi 4 for chill and maybe chat to random punter. Go Australia bar Soi 11 watch some sport. I notice your posts every day and you lower the bar. Well said mate!!
