If that vehicle was brand new this is a very old story. Nissan stopped making that in about 2000.

Unless that is collateral damage.

The driving test lady that conducted the driving test I went on must have been multilingual, she split the attendees into two groups, one Thai, the rest farang. She spent about 10 minutes explaining the course to the Thais then turned to us and said "farang, you fail, go home"

I would love to know who she will blame for the accident when the insurance claim is made

But would she be covered by the insurance to begin with as she does not have a license?

Bit harsh failing her for that.  She's just replicating what she sees every day on the roads and thought that's how you're meant to drive.

Brake failure of course.... the manufacturers clearly put the accelerator where the brake pedal should have been !:coffee1:

Come on man!

It's clearly stated as a brake failure.

She neglected to press the brake pedal.

Just more wild speculation on your part Grumpy. ????

A Thai woman behind the wheel of her brand new red plate pick-up was fined for negligence after she smashed up the center where she was taking her driving test

The real worry was she drove to the test in her own car to get the test !!!!

Perhaps  people should be worried  about  just  where she  goes  to get "more experience" !

Pretty sure I come across her and her mates on a daily basis getting "more experience".
