Dumb as a brick. She shouldn't be let out by herself, never mind in a vehicle. I would like to get back all the many minutes I spend here, waiting for some dim wit woman to park her vehicle in a parking space in Tesco or Big C.  Never mind a truck, they can't seem to park the smallest of cars.  At least Mrs P admits that she is a terrible driver, maybe because I keep telling her.

Mine too , when her folks from Nan visit they want me to drive them about ,  can't even watch their own daughter driving eh.   Oh she has a licence too.

National RTP police spokesman Pol Col Krissana Pattanacharoen said later that a plastic drinks bottle was used repeatedly to hit officers doing their duty

Sorry that is totally unacceptable ..

Plod justifiably get some stick sometimes but when one is trying to uphold the law and then gets subjected to verbals and assault like that it's out of order .. I tell you if she tried that palaver with the Brit Old Bill she would have been tasered or pepper sprayed ..

and the bit about fleeing and damaging the clamp suggests she might have tried to drive off with the clamp still attached which if the case highlights her stupidity as that will be like trying to drive with square wheels .. and does an enormous amount of damage to the motor for good measure ..

I saw a video clip where a driver had been clamped. He managed to removed the clamped wheel and replace it with the spare.

Perhaps I'd better send the youtube link to Mrs Bottle:

Yes some of the early clamps could be removed , sometimes by deflating the tyre and some allowed enough movement to get the wheel off but both require a bit of brawn and getting dirty .. and of course they can be cut off but then it also becomes criminal damage ..

Now how about charging shop owners for blocking parking on public carriageways outside their premises ?

It all depends on if the plod knows who they are, or who their father is.

She's lucky, In the US the cop would have, at the very least, dragged her ass out the car and given her a good old tasering.

It been a long time since i have been to America but i would be scared to have any dealings with American policemen at best it seems they dont appear to be a playful, fun loving bunch of psychopaths

and i'm not even black but heavily suntanned (mom was spanish descent) so i am sure i would be profiled

see this inconsiderate and dangerous road manner everyday in my neighborhood causing others to serve far out onto opposite lane area to avoid knocking into the inconsiderate park car. what worst is sometimes the roadside are so empty but there will be someone to stop and park occupying nearly half the lane causing inconvenience to others. another frequent types of illegal parking is parking right next to a entrance turning into another road like a soi - seen so many accident happen coz driver view was blocked and can't see vehicles coming out from small road. drivers here just don't appreciate this unlawful privileges given to them coz in singapore or malaysia you be given a hefty fines and point deduction.

Just to carry on with that line of thought:

At an airport in the US there was a guy who tried the "Do you know who I am?" line to get an upgrade in the departure lounge.

The female staff member wasn't impressed, and over the tannoy announced to the waiting passengers, "Does anyone here recognise this gentleman? He's completely forgotten his name."

The guy sat down and shut up.

Hi-so  its how she has been dragged up, gets a few baht in her purse by what ever means she is qualified and its gone to her head, give here a bit of education on how it works for us all
