Been using Waze for a while, but still got caught in the speed cameras. Maybe their database is not fully up to date?

Sygic GPS Navigation provides fixed speed cameras. I have it on  my iPhone. Not free, and lots of add-ons that cost extra. Not sure about Nostra Map, but might also be worth a look.

Fixed cameras are easy to deal with via Sygic etc. It's the cops standing hidden in the bushes with cameras who are the peril.

well if you obeyed the law, remained with the limits, you would not get caught, seems easy to me.

The couple of times I've been caught it was by a cop at the roadside and the 'speed camera' was a rolled-up newspaper tucked under his arm...,

Radar Detector
but it also has many cams that are not speed cameras
and also has those speed signs that don't have cameras
also tried radarbot (and few others)
but that has nowhere near the same amount, and many obvious ones are not in the database
