I've since complained, won't pay the existing bill and 3BB are coming to connect me tomorrow. The reason they were setting up foreigners as being the cause was without doubt we were to be used as scapegoats if the virus got out of hand and people started to blame the government. Get used to this guys. This is the new normal. This establishment is not unique. There are Thai only bars, brothels and massage parlors all over the country.
