Concrete Roof PSQM cost roughly

Hi, anyone know the rough cost per square meter for a concrete roof these days in Thailand?

 

concrete as in it has steel in it (reinforced), but won't be load bearing.

Concrete is not the issue, its the cost of a concrete roof (reinforced steel)

I'm not sure what type of structure our OP is asking about.

 

A flat concrete roof or a regular steel framed pitched roof with concrete tiles or something else?

There are so many unknows it is impossible to make any kind of estimate.

Not to mention that the roof is typically an included part of the cost quoted/paid never usually broken out.
 

It’s a “how long is a piece of string” question and it seems that @Jenkins9039 wants others to do his calculations with little needed information. A structural engineer will be able to give an estimate given enough information.
