Who in their right mind craves for an airline meal ?

I recall years ago at Sydney, airport you could go and eat airline food for free at the Qantas crew training centre. You boarded a mock-up plane and the crew practiced serving. it was actually very popular and you had to book ahead, but then again it was free.

Was similar with Singapore Airlines 10 years back, not sure today.

A small number of visitors allowed per day to observe: menu construction principles, cooking, timing, plating for first class passengers, drink services, on board service etc.

Great marketing idea to sell rubbish food so that people can taste it to confirm that it is still as bad as it used to be. Also how can one restaurant recoup the billions of baht that Thai Air has wasted?

I crave a lot of things, but an in-flight meal, even a Business Class meal is NOT one of them. No wonder they went bankrupt with ideas like this.

THAI should open a few massage shops, staffed by their out of work flight attendants who provide the massage in THAI uniforms.

Most of their flight attendants are over 60 and weigh about 100 kg's.

I enjoy flying Thai Airways (when they actually fly). No complaints about their food and beverage service from me ????
