You boarded a mock-up plane and the crew practiced serving. it was actually very popular and you had to book ahead, but then again it was free. Was similar with Singapore Airlines 10 years back, not sure today. A small number of visitors allowed per day to observe: menu construction principles, cooking, timing, plating for first class passengers, drink services, on board service etc.
JusticeGB Posted September 4, 2020 Posted September 4, 2020 Great marketing idea to sell rubbish food so that people can taste it to confirm that it is still as bad as it used to be. Also how can one restaurant recoup the billions of baht that Thai Air has wasted?

KhunKenAP Posted September 4, 2020 Posted September 4, 2020 I crave a lot of things, but an in-flight meal, even a Business Class meal is NOT one of them. No wonder they went bankrupt with ideas like this. 1
holy cow cm Posted September 4, 2020 Posted September 4, 2020 Yeah I can just see all the men lining up to go be greeted by an aging flight attendant to eat economy box food. 1

PETERTHEEATER Posted September 4, 2020 Posted September 4, 2020 Is this restaurant next door to the office where smiling staff refund fares to passengers who's flights were cancelled? 1

soi3eddie Posted September 5, 2020 Posted September 5, 2020 I enjoy flying Thai Airways (when they actually fly). No complaints about their food and beverage service from me ????
KiaSurean Posted September 5, 2020 Posted September 5, 2020 I almost fell off my chair laughing when I saw the post ????
Artisi Posted September 5, 2020 Posted September 5, 2020 Just humour the poor demented souls, it keeps their feeble minds active and away from any harm.
