Has anyone noticed that around schools, well in my district of Phitsanulok, they have put 30 on a blue background signs, which mean MINIMUM SPEED LIMIT. This is followed 100 metres later with a smaller 30 on a yellow background, which means ádvisable speed limit'. Ah well!image.png.d1e83695655900bf879f74c4c9243366.png

Report it to the relevant office. Maybe several different departments.
