What countries are open for visa if any

Does it matter?  How do you plan to get back in?

All land borders are closed.

And if you leave Thailand you cannot re-enter except with a COE (which you cannot get unless married to a Thai or holding an O-A or O-X visa) and even then, have to go through 15 days quarantine at an approved facility at your expense.

Gert an in-country extension if you can.

As this has been posted in the Visas and migration to other countries forum, perhaps the OP is enquiring about which countries are currently issuing visas for people to enter from Thailand?  If so, the UK is open for all visa types and no longer requires self-quarantine for visitors from Thailand.

Very easy to give an answer on this question: YOUR HOME COUNTRY is always open for you to do a visa run. But returning???? That are the consequences of not having the right visa a someone wanted to stay long....

A border run from where?

Basically from Thailand all borders are closed, however if you did get out of Thailand how are you going to get back in?

Got money for a 14 day luxrury hotel quarantine and new covid insurance? and meet STV requirements?

Otherwise...doesn't matter.

Anyways, land boarders BACK into Thailand closed still.

Shop inside for new visa to meet your needs.  You should be good to november 30 if you played your cards right .

But Thailand has put the UK on the high risk countries for covid19 so you won't be able to come back and even if that was changed the 2 week quarantine rules etc would apply.

Isn't Cambodia open but you need all manner of things?

Somebody has living really deep in forest!

As this is your first post I’ll let you off with a yellow card.

True, but the OP was asking about getting a visa to another country, not coming back to Thailand.  If the OP is Thai (or enquiring on behalf of a Thai) it's not a problem returning to Thailand, and the quarantine is free.

The land border is closed and there are no flights between Thailand and Cambodia. They are also not issuing tourist visas and no visas on arrival.

If you manage to get an ordinary (business) visa amd are willing to take an expensive routing via a third country like korea you then have to make an upfront $2,000 deposit, have proof of insurance and undergo 14 day quarantine.

And after all that can't return to Thailand  if not married to a Thai.
