Hi. I posted last week and appreciated everyone's help. I am in Patong and want to get out either to the bus depot or airport. I was hoping someone could suggest a budget way to get to these places. I heard a songtaew goes along the beach and then goes to the bus depot. 

Yes, but in patong most of the time it is a big bus.

Smart bus to airport run viabeach rd pre covid. Or bahtbus to phuket town then tobus station and orange bus to airport

 Starts at the south end of Patong beach road near the small roundabout. Runs along the beach road and stops by request. Not a bahtbus. It's a full size bus, some enclosed. Some open side.

Do the share vans still runto airport? were 200baht easyway to go.

Not sure if there is any demand right now. Doubt can get Patong to Airport.

best is take the local songthaew from beach road in Patong to the central marketin Phuket town, walk 2 minutes to the thai airlines office and take the airport bus
