Texans can look proudly at the big beautiful wall between their state and Mexico. I still remember the day with pride when the Mexican president signed the cheque to pay for it. Trumps healthcare

  • A stiff breeze  would boost his hope as much. ????   Biden is done stick a fork in him it will come out clean.  The Dems for better or worse have once again shot themselves in their own foot

  • Good we are a better country and deserve a better president than trump

I am not a Trump supporter, not even from US. Just stating the facts -  it's much easier to see from outside.

"I can't say I'm a big fan of trump"???   Really, kind of hard to tell from your posting.

At this point, the majority of Americans would be more than happy to export Trump to whatever country you're from, and let you deal with his constant lies, divisiveness, demagoguery, authoritarian wet dreams, etc etc.

You're more than welcome to him and his political wrecking ball.

I stand corrected. The MSM are completely unbiased and never try to influence, only to report. This early turnout was unquestionably 'staggering' and I'm very thankful that they informed me of the fact that this definitely boosts Biden's hopes for a win. Thanks for setting me straight on that ????.

Ya don't have much use for nuance fo you? One of the indicators of an extremist mindset is all-or-nothing thinking. Works well with bits 'n bytes but not so much for more complicated situations

"Just stating the facts"....???  Please.  The facts are out there for those willing to embrace them.  But you won't get any "facts" from Trump himself.  He's spending these last days before the election lying his as* off.  Not surprising, but rather astonishing level of dishonesty.

Biden has lied often recently. Do you accept that?

Kinda what you'd expect from a guy who's a de facto political advisor to Trump  -- while serving as a primary news show host on "fair and balanced" Fox...  :cheesy:

It took a a while for the video to pop up. And there I was awaiting with trepidation that it might feature some Trump cheerleader. I feel so foolish.

Really? Let's see what the majority of the US people vote for.

There's a very significant difference between often and nonstop.

Nuance?? ????

There's nothing very subtle in that headline. It's extremely simple, so your attempts to condescend by implying it is 'too complicated' are extremely ineffective in this case.

PS labeling everyone who disagrees with you as an extremist is not an admirable trait.

Maybe before he's kicked out of office, Trump will find the time to issue an executive order declaring the truth an endangered species in his administration... :cheesy:

Lets hope Biden wins, nobody is worse then Trump. Would not be good for the UK though if Biden wins as Biden is far more pro EU then Trump. Would mean even harder times for the UK too.

Watch Boris turn "Mr. Nice Guy" with Europe come Nov.3rd.????

False equivalence.  Critics can name some of Biden's untruths (like Obama) because there are so few.  With Trump, the lies are endless.  Practically everything Trump has said about Biden is a lie or massive exaggeration.

I agree that labeling everyone who disagrrees with one is not an admirable trait. Where's your evidence that that's my practice? Do you imagine that your opinions are identical to everyone who disagrees with me? Stop making things up. That's not an admirable trait.

The continuation of Trump's 2016 strategy, is hurting him badly. It is not playing well in 2020. It is a different world now. And he cannot pretend he is an outsider anymore. Now, he is part of the problem, not the solution.

Plus, Trump fatigue has set in. Many, including some of his former supporters, are simply tired of the rot, and his juvenile nonsense. It is getting old. And the dinosaur is not capable of learning, or dancing on his feet.

As a result, he is cascading toward the greatest humiliation of his sorry lifetime. And a life of utter obscurity, irrelevance, and a name so radioactive nobody will touch his dwindling mini empire.

With "Mr. I cannot make a deal to save my life" 12 points behind in the latest polls, republican senators and congressmen are starting to distance themselves from the train wreck they see coming. And there is nothing Trump can do at this stage, to arrest his stunning decline. Nothing. His rallies only make his supporters happy. And those 36% or so, of the electorate, are not going to win him an election. If he were smart, (which he demonstrates time and again, he is not) he would figure out a way to appeal to the suburban women. But, he cannot. He has no appeal to them anymore. So, he drones on and on during his rallies, and if anything he alienates more and more of the undecided voters.

There is an important thing to understand about the dynamics at play here. Every time the polls drop, those are HIS SUPPORTERS, who are defecting. That is all he has now. So many of his former supporters are put off by how unhinged, unstable, angry, incoherent, inarticulate, hateful, incompetent, and irrational he is. And his health appears to have been in decline, long before he caught Covid, and became a super spreader.

Nice wind-up, go back to your keyboard and coffee, and enjoy your day knowing that you are an equal opportunity disenfranchiser.

That’s an odd accusation given my expressed delight at the high turnout and repeated objections to gerrymandering and vote suppression.

But I am very much enjoying my coffee thank you.

As promised, I am back for the election fun ????

Well, you implied that I was an extremist because I didn't agree with a poster about the MSM being completely unbiased.

If you consider my opinion to be an extremist view then I would presume that you'd find a large proportion of the people that you come into contact with as extremist also, since not only is my opinion quite a commonly held viewpoint, but it's also not particularly extreme in comparison to the broad spectrum of opinions held by others on various subjects.

To make matters worse his running mate folks would want as president even less. The US Population know with Joe if a miracle occurred & he was elected he would most likely not last the 4 years making Kamala president....THAT is a very scary thought

By the same token, if Trump wins but unfortunately kicks the bucket mid-term, that would give Mikey the keys to the corporate restroom and I think THAT is a far, far scarier thought.

Ya Think ,retuters  !  ! If the far lefts boogiman was in danger of a loss in Texas,Cruz would be canvasing that state , relentlessly !

When have you seen a positive conservative story come out from that  source!

And they get a all sides rating  lol

That's the whole point of it. The left wing media trying to affect the outcome of the vote.

It's the reason that the avid readers of such left wing media (and I include lefty social media platforms like Twitter) are always so shocked when their guy doesn't win. They've believed the hype they read in their echo chambers and get a shock when they are introduced to reality.

Brexit, Trump and the huge majority that Boris got in 2019 are excellent examples of this. I suspect the same thing will happen again next week.

Brilliant !

What, to you, is a positive conservative story?  Reuters is one of the most unbiased sites there is!

Methinks this shows your bias.  Which is well proven via your posts.

I guess things like this don't help.  These guys aren't very bright.  Speaking on tape to Bob Woodward.  Trump, admitting he lied about the virus to not "panic" the population.  And now, Jared, admitting they wanted the medical experts to be sidelined.  Pushing the hard jobs to state governors so if things go bad, they are to blame.  And then focusing on the coming out phase so Trump would look good and get reelected.

Horrible people.  Responsible for the deaths of thousands.

The best that can be done is scarring them off by open Constitutional carrying and triggering them by planting American flags on front lawns ????????????

Well, yes, I'm not an American so I can readily imagine how disturbing it must be for someone used to a relatively benign liberal (note the lower case "l") lifestyle to find them surrounded by neighbours armed to the teeth and plastering the neighbourhood with flags.

Still, as I declared, I'm not an American, and if you really want to turn your society into some kind of atavistic recreation of "Planet of the Apes" that is up to you. The civilised world, both within and outside the United States can look on...

Times are changing in Texas.  The population is younger, browner, and more educated.  Not good news for the Republicans there.  Luckily.

But the current polls are within the margin of error.  Anything can happen.  Fingers crossed, it will be Biden's turn to run the country.
