Where can I rent Nmax or PCX on Samui without deposit the passport

title says it (cash deposit is ok), need 3 bikes, should be well maintained and if possible newer model.

Passport copy and cash is often accepted. Otherwise what's to stop you from doing a runner? So be reasonable and leave a cash deposit if you don't want to(and shouldn't) leave your passport. 

Take a clear video of any damage. Though haven't seen any rip-off reports from Samui of late.

It depends where you are staying on the island.

I know people that will rent without a passport but they will not travel from one end of the island to the other.
