WHICH TYPES OF SPEECH ARE NOT PROTECTED BY THE FIRST AMENDMENT?

"Although different scholars view unprotected speech in different ways, there are basically nine categories:

Obscenity
Fighting words
Defamation (including libel and slander)
Child pornography
Perjury
Blackmail
Incitement to imminent lawless action
True threats
Solicitations to commit crimes
Some experts also would add treason, if committed verbally, to that list. Plagiarism of copyrighted material is also not protected."

This has been tried on before when left wingers were targeted. None of the categories above apply.

I disagree and so might a judge.

"Within the swing states if he wanted to he could take military capabilities and he could place them in those states and basically rerun an election in each of those states," he told Newsmax."

If that really is a legal option for Trump, not much the legal system can do about it.

It absolutely isn't. Unless he blatantly violates the Constitution.

Bill Barr performed as 45's personal attorney which in itself may get Barr in legal trouble. Word has it Barr has already asked for pardons for this behavior. No, 45 has NOT been tried for any of the crimes he should have been, hiding behind the curtain of presidential immunity. Ferchrissake how many times have we discussed this - why 45 is STILL fighting so hard to remain president so as to avert incrimination and incarceration? SDNY is gonna take him down, his sins will be revealed. Us horrible never-45ers only want justice. We want to see a modern day mob boss and his minions given their true rewards.

Why is he still fighting to remain president?  He's got a severe mental impairment.  And, he's making money off it.  It's what his base wants to hear.

I haven't seen any news about Barr asking for a pardon. If he were interested in one, why would he antagonize Trump by saying he found no evidence of electoral fraud that would change the election results? And just yesterday, in an interview with the Wall Street Journal, he said no evidence was found of the CIA being involved in the investigation of Trump. Barr is a lowlife, but the evidence doesn't square with him seeking a pardon.

Plus ‘conspiracy ‘ to commit all of the above.

Et tu, Lou?

Lou Dobbs debunks his own claims of election fraud — after a legal demand from Smartmatic

Something surprising happened Friday night on Lou Dobbs’s top-rated show on the Fox Business Network.

Dobbs, an opinion host and conservative ally of President Trump who has consistently raged over the past month that the president was robbed of a second term by a rigged election, introduced a segment that calmly debunked several accusations of fraud that Rudolph W. Giuliani and other Trump supporters have lobbed against the election technology company Smartmatic.

“There are lots of opinions about the integrity of the election, the irregularities of mail-in voting, of election voting machines and voting software,” Dobbs told his viewers before introducing Edward Perez, an expert with the nonprofit Open Source Election Technology Institute, to give “his assessment of Smartmatic and recent claims about the company.”

Lou Dobbs debunks his own claims of election fraud — after Smartmatic sends Fox a legal demand - The Washington Post

This is sweet:  When faced with legal action for repeatedly promoting falsehoods and conspiracy theories, Faux News is forced to present the truth, and not only on Lou Dobbs' program.

Fortunately for Trump, he'll have plenty of money when he leaves ...

Trump’s Future: Tons of Cash and Plenty of Options for Spending It

Donald J. Trump will exit the White House as a private citizen next month perched atop a pile of campaign cash unheard-of for an outgoing president, and with few legal limits on how he can spend it.

Just to be clear, are you stating that it is acceptable for a rich man like Trump to take hundreds of millions from middle class or poorer supporters under false pretenses and spend the money any way he likes?

If that is what you believe, then you clearly are a mindless follower in the cult of Trump.

it is actually kind of sad that they seem to project themselves onto Trump....if ***HE*** wants it, they will find a way to justify it...

U.S. Supreme Court swiftly ends Trump-backed Texas bid to upend election results

The concept of blind justice represents the intention that the courts' decisions will be fair and honest based on their merit and not on their myth. Trumps legal team showed up with nothing and they received nothing  in return.
