Might be easiest to count the clinics/adverts, or search for the Thai term on google trends.

Not just breast implants, but nose jobs and chin sculpturing (pointy chins).

 

I know a few women who have had these surgeries. Most were not needed, as they were already  in good health and attractive looking.

I like neither the nose implants nor the chin implants, never saw a result that was better than the original, except in extreme cases.

There seems to be an Asia-wide fashion for women with pale skin, big eyes and pointy chins. They end up looking like mass-produced aliens.

If the OP is in an office, what possible external signs are leading him to thinking there's a fair few fake boobs around the water cooler? Observing posture or "jiggle" or a size 12 obviously wearing a size 8 blouse (my favorite BTW)? All this with his hand thrust deep in his pants pocket?

It has been a surprise to me how many women like to talk openly (almost bragging) about the cosmetic surgeries they have had.

 

Personally, if I'd had my huge nose sculpted, my "wingnut" ears stapled back, or my man boobs reduced, I would keep it quiet.

I guess it is a myth that Thai girls have small breasts, yes some of them have,

like in any other country. All Thai girls I know or dated have big knockers and

they are normal girls who could not afford an implant can't post any pics

because it would be against forum rules.

As for the OP's question, Yes, and it has been a huge growth industry for a couple decades now. Older sister of the G worked at a cosmetic surgeons clinic in CM almost two decades back. She reckoned at that time three quarters of their customers were non "service sector workers".

It depends how much they spent on them, and if they did some research on which clinics are good or not.

 

I have seen some that could not be distinguished from the natural thing, but I have also seen many that looked more like a basket ball.

 

The worst set I have ever seen, you could change the shape by pressing on them.

 

I think they had used condoms filled with acrylic

I've seen thousands in agogos and 99.9% look awful as do tattoos, if you've seen enough you can tell the difference easy

They look good with the right kind of bra, and a nice fitting blouse. But then once you get 'em off, ugh. The scars. The shape is wrong. And then the feel. Many of us have been there. It's much better to stick with stock.

They should just go braless, very sexy even with small ones, problem is thai girls are too prudish to leave the bra off, 99% of the time i see a braless girl walking about they are ladyboys which is my theory i see time and time again
