The Graduate (1967) had an excellent soundtrack, and a bit unusual, too.  The entire soundtrack consisted of only Simon & Garfunkel and Dave Grusin.

I don't know why but Enya always reminds me of Enigma and Enigma always reminds me of Enya.

Enigma ‎with I Love You... I'll Kill You off of the excellent '93 The Cross Of Changes album.  My first Thai (Isaan) gf had no interest in western music but she played this CD on endless loop every day.

And the two of them I associate with DJ Armin Van Buuren.

Hard to pick out a single track as they all blend one into another but here's Seven Cities [Atlantis Mix] off of the excellent '99 Boundaries Of Imagination CD.  Actually, it's the original Atlantis Mix but the intro is slightly different than what I have on the album and it's different in length.

Maybe this electronic dance music appeals to me due to the many, many wonderful nights I spent at Hollywood, which used to be located at the bottom of the horseshoe between alley 6 & 8 off of Ratchadaphisek Rd. back in the 2000's.  Not sure when it closed but it used to be a great entertainment district appealing to Thais.  Dance Fever was right next door.  The entire horseshoe was lined with smaller clubs.  My ex-girlfriend's sister and her Japanese mafia boyfriend owned one of the smaller clubs on alley 8.  Great days gone by and never to return.

You can still find YT videos of Hollywood.  Live music and shows with gorgeous Thai girls.  Weekends were almost standing room only.  There were multiple rest rooms and the stream of drop dead gorgeous Thai girls going in and out was jaw dropping when I first came to Thailand back in '02.  I don't think I can count the number of sunrises I've experienced after nights of clubbing, closing them down, playing pool in the smaller venues that remained open, and then heading to a restaurant for eats.

Loads of Thai clubs, almost mall-like, were down alley 4, and alleys 6 & 8 are as I described.  Ratchadaphisek was 4 lanes in each direction.  When the night wound down you had to literally squeeze by in the far right lane to get by the parking lots of taxis and tuk tuks.

There was, and still is, the huge Huai Khwang market stretching multiple blocks down Pracha Songkhro Rd. to the west of Ratchadaphisek Rd.  and north of the club scene.  It's 24 hours . . . a regular food market during the day which transforms into a night market in the late afternoon/early evening.  Many would head there after the bars closed and the numbers of people out on the street at 3 A.M. was incredible.
