Most pickup trucks / PPV's can run on the standard (euro 4) diesel. However it seems they will be phased out over the next few years. Only low sulphur diesel will be available then as it produces lower emissions. From bangkokpost early 2019 below. I don't know if there have been an upgrade of the shell premium since that article.

I think it would be fine in most vehicles, but some cars require euro 5 diesel spec - like the diesels of bmw and benz.
